2. Copyright & Ownership

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Randi Jo Hitchcock, Destination Adrift. Purchasing a photo does not transfer copyright.

3. Usage License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for:

• Personal use

• Social media (credit appreciated)

• Personal printing

Not permitted without written permission:

• Commercial use

• Resale or redistribution

• Editing, altering, or removing watermarks

• Use in ads, products, or branding

4. Digital Downloads

Once a digital image is downloaded, all sales are final.
No refunds due to the nature of digital products.

5. Prints & Physical Products

Print fulfillment is handled through Pixieset or third-party labs.
Minor color variations may occur due to screen and print differences.

6. Gallery Access

Galleries may be password protected.
Please do not share private gallery links without permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use images in any way that is:

• Illegal

• Offensive

• Misleading

• Defamatory

8. Limitation of Liability

Randi Hitchcock, Destination Adrift is not liable for:

• Technical issues

• Download failures caused by user devices

• Third-party service outages (including Pixieset)

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
